CLOUD & RESILIENCE

Connect the workload with the whole plan.

See the environment as a system: applications, access, ownership and the path back when something changes.

Workloads

Map the applications, information and dependencies that matter.

Access

Plan how people and systems connect to the environment.

Continuity

Define recovery responsibilities and a practical validation plan.

MAKE THE NEXT DECISION CLEARER

Choose a cloud change for a clear business reason.

Collaboration, application access, operational responsibility and recovery all belong in the decision.

Review the current arrangement

Identify ownership, licensing, access, dependencies and the reason for change.

Plan the operating model

Compare the complete scope, responsibilities and cost inputs; a cloud move does not automatically reduce spending.

Pilot the workflow

Validate the agreed use and support arrangements before a wider transition.

START WITH THE BUSINESS NEED

Make the technology work for your people.

Cloud environments often expand one project at a time. Unclear ownership, inconsistent access, overlapping subscriptions, and undocumented dependencies make them harder to manage. An operating plan brings business purpose and technical administration back together.

Ownership that stays clear

Define who manages subscriptions, workloads, access, billing, support, and changes as cloud use expands across the business.

Better cost conversations

Connect resource use and licensing choices to business owners, usage patterns, and agreed budgets so decisions have context.

A consistent working environment

Align collaboration, identity, device access, and support practices across offices and remote teams.

WHAT WE CAN HELP WITH

Practical capabilities. Defined responsibilities.

01

Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace administration

Manage either collaboration environment with the same attention to account ownership, licensing, security, employee support, and ongoing improvement. Coordinate Microsoft email, Teams, and SharePoint or Google Gmail, Drive, Meet, and shared calendars around how your organization works.

02

Azure and AWS operations

Define administrative responsibilities for agreed cloud workloads, resource inventories, monitoring, configuration changes, and vendor escalation. Match the operating model to workload needs.

03

Identity and governance

Review account ownership, role assignments, multifactor authentication, and administrative boundaries. Establish a process for changes and exceptions across connected services.

04

Cost and licensing reviews

Review resource use, idle capacity, license assignment, and billing ownership. Explain tradeoffs before changing commitments, sizing, or services.

05

Hybrid environment planning

Map connections between cloud services, local applications, identity, networks, and backups. Plan coordinated changes where one platform depends on another.

FROM DISCOVERY TO DELIVERY

A considered path forward.

Map the environment

Inventory tenants, accounts, workloads, subscriptions, integrations, and the people responsible for them.

Set operating standards

Agree on access, naming, ownership, support, change control, budget visibility, and recovery responsibilities.

Apply prioritized changes

Pilot changes and address the configurations or ownership gaps with the clearest business need.

Maintain and review

Revisit usage, costs, access, and service health alongside upcoming organizational changes.

Know what success means.

Before work begins, agree on the scope, responsible owners, acceptance criteria, and handover requirements. We’ll discuss the evidence and documentation relevant to your project during discovery.

A FEW USEFUL ANSWERS

Before we get started.

Should every application move to the cloud?

No single destination fits every workload. Application requirements, connectivity, licensing, data location, performance, and support arrangements all inform the decision. Some systems may remain on-premises while others move or are replaced.

How is cloud management different from cloud migration?

Migration is a defined project to move or change a workload. Cloud management is the ongoing work of operating the environment, reviewing access and costs, coordinating changes, and supporting agreed services after the move.

Can you review an environment built by another provider?

A review can begin with approved access, documentation, and a clear assessment scope. Ownership, licenses, dependencies, and current responsibilities should be established before administrative changes or a service transition.

Will moving to cloud services reduce our costs?

Costs depend on workload usage, licensing, resilience requirements, migration effort, and ongoing administration. A comparison should include the current environment and the proposed operating model. Savings are an assessment outcome, not a promise attached to a cloud platform.

Who owns our tenant, subscriptions, and business data?

Ownership and administrative access should be documented at the start. The organization needs accountable business owners, controlled administrative access, billing visibility, and a practical exit or provider-transition process for the services it relies on.
