Your starting point · scope and responsibilities

MAKE THE NEXT DECISION CLEARER

Know how support becomes a working relationship.

A useful support scope explains the handover, the daily experience and the decisions that stay with your business.

A planned transition

Document current providers, accounts, systems and access before agreeing the onboarding sequence.

Clear support responsibilities

Agree contact channels, coverage, escalation, maintenance and activities that require a separate project.

An ongoing review

Connect recurring issues, reporting and planned changes with business priorities. Cadence and outputs are agreed in the service scope.

START WITH THE BUSINESS NEED

Make the technology work for your people.

A growing business can outgrow informal IT. Requests arrive through different channels, recurring issues consume time, and no one has a complete picture of devices, vendors, or upcoming replacements. A clear operating model connects daily support with longer-term decisions.

A clearer support experience

Give employees a consistent way to request help, with agreed priorities, escalation paths, and communication throughout the work.

Visibility into everyday IT

Understand the systems in scope, the issues being addressed, and the maintenance or replacement decisions that need your attention.

A plan beyond the next ticket

Connect recurring problems, aging equipment, and business changes to a practical technology roadmap and budget conversation.

WHAT WE CAN HELP WITH

Practical capabilities. Defined responsibilities.

01

Employee IT support

Coordinate troubleshooting for agreed devices, accounts, productivity tools, and business applications. Define remote support, site visits, hours, and escalation responsibilities in the service scope.

02

Endpoint, server, and network operations

Maintain inventories, review device and network health, and coordinate patch management through approved maintenance windows. Track recurring faults, unsupported equipment, and application exceptions with named owners.

03

Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and identity

Manage agreed tenant settings, subscriptions, accounts, and access requests across Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace. Coordinate employee changes, multifactor authentication, and permission reviews with authorized business owners.

04

Backup monitoring and recovery readiness

Review in-scope backup status, follow up on failures, and maintain recovery contacts and procedures. Schedule agreed restore exercises and escalate protection gaps requiring a project or business decision.

05

Vendor coordination

Help connect the right application, connectivity, hardware, and cloud contacts when an issue crosses boundaries. Keep business owners informed about dependencies and next steps.

06

Asset lifecycle and strategic planning

Review support patterns, open risks, equipment replacement, and upcoming business changes. Maintain a technology roadmap and budget priorities. Recurring administration follows the service agreement; major migrations, new locations, and redesigns receive a separate project scope.

FROM DISCOVERY TO DELIVERY

A considered path forward.

Review locations, users, business systems, current providers, and the problems that interrupt work.

Define the service

Document coverage, responsibilities, support channels, priorities, access controls, and escalation arrangements.

A FEW USEFUL ANSWERS

Before we get started.

Can you work with our existing IT team?

Yes—the proposed co-managed model starts by defining responsibilities together. An internal team can retain strategy, application ownership, or specialist work while selected support and operations tasks are assigned to Network Experts.

Does managed IT include every project and application?

Coverage should be explicit. The agreement identifies supported systems, service hours, request types, and exclusions. Major migrations, new locations, specialist application work, and equipment purchases can be scoped separately.

What happens when we move from another provider?

A transition plan should cover access ownership, licenses, documentation, active issues, backup arrangements, and support communications. Timing depends on the environment and the cooperation required from existing providers.

How are maintenance and business interruptions scheduled?

We agree maintenance windows, notification requirements, and the systems that need special coordination. Routine updates can follow an approved process, while changes with a wider business impact require a specific plan and a responsible decision-maker.

How do we know what needs investment next?

Service reviews connect recurring support issues, equipment age, software support status, and business plans. The resulting priorities distinguish maintenance included in the agreement from proposed projects, with estimated effort and decisions for the business to review.
